500lt. Fully automatic, PLC controlled Batch Pasteuriser. This Pasteuriser comes with product & HEAD SPACE probe & meets all Australian Dairy Standards. It comes with quality 3 phase mixer, 2 x half lids, CIP Spray Ball, 2″ BSM outlet & butterfly valve and calibrated dipstick.

This pasteuriser also comes skid mounted with 3 phase refrigeration unit & electric heating system, fully PLC controlled. 

Pasteuriser will heat up to required temp, hold & then cool down with water for first phase of cooling cycle. If cooling to 4degc refrigeration unit will then cool down to required temp.

• The pasteurisers have laser welded pressure jacket in the base & side wall.
• These jackets are able to take pressure, unlike most of the other units on the market.
