Pasteurisers
Our pasteurisers are designed and certified to comply with Australian standards and Safe Food Australia. We work closely with you to design each pasteuriser to suit your site’s specific requirements. They are hygienic and are multi-purpose machines that employ a temperature control system in order to set, check, and maintain the temperature for food products requiring a controlled heating and cooling cycle.
The design of our machine makes it suitable for pasteurising milk and making cheese in one tank. This reduces the space used in small production rooms and the cost of purchasing and maintaining multiple tanks.
Pasteuriser Features
Our standard pasteurising tank sizes available are 50lt, 100lt, 300lt, & 500lt. Each tank has a fully programmable controller with a built-in data logging system. We offer electric inline heating elements connected to a laser-welded dimple jacket (heating element KW size depends on the size of the tank and product). External hot water heaters are available for larger tanks, allowing for fast heat-up times. We also supply solenoid valves operated by the control unit.

Cheese Vats
We offer a range of well built, hygienic vats that are designed to last. Our range of cheese vats come in sizes from 100 litres up to 1,500L. Vats can be square or horizontal oval shape & can be custom made to suit your needs.
Our cheese vats can have standard mixing blades or cutting blades. The agitator system can be controlled via the control panel with VSD fitted for travelling & mixer speed control.
Temperature Control System
Our pasteurisers and cheese vats are fitted with a quality temperature control system. The temperature control system allows for 10 different product (recipe) cycles to be programmed in and stored for the various cheeses or other products being processed in the tank.
During operation, the system displays cycle information in real-time on a LED screen. Displays include; the program selected, current product temperature, elapsed time during the current phase, secondary temperature probe (i.e. headspace) and the bain-marie jacket water temperature.
Along with managing temperature, the control system will operate the tanks product agitator/mixer as required. The system also records the temperature cycle from multiple probes to a USB stick so data can be downloaded for analysis.
Laser Welded Dimple Jacket
A laser-welded dimple jacket is standard in the 100lt to 500lt models. The bain-marie style water-filled jacket heats up during the heating phase. After, cold water is introduced into the jacket through an electric solenoid activated by the temperature control system. This cold water supply allows the product in the tank to cool to a temperature suitable for fermentation.
External chilled water cooling is optional and makes this tank ideal for batch pasteurising milk and other products requiring cooling to lower temperatures. This requires an external glycol/water chiller to supply the chilled water necessary for cooling the product to below 4°C.
The tank can be used as a cheese vat with optional cheese-cutting and whey-draining systems available. The standard design of the tank is very accessible with the two lids and agitator/mixing blade being removable and the agitator/mixing motor pivoting to one side once the safety pin is removed.
